Work together to identify and clear bottlenecks, create and execute on key projects, and build high performing teams.
The programme focuses on monthly action sessions that help put the insights and strategies from our quarterly retreats into practice. These two-hour remote sessions are designed to keep momentum going and drive ongoing improvement in leadership and team performance.

During each session, participants work together to solve real challenges within their organisations. The agenda includes spotting bottlenecks, brainstorming fresh ideas, and creating clear action steps to push key projects forward.

Quarterly Inspiration.

Spend a day together sharing experiences, reflection and in-depth problem solving.
The programme includes a series of four inspiring one-day offsite experiences, designed to reinvigorate your thinking and foster deep connections among participants.

These offsites are carefully curated to include a mix of structured mastermind sessions, workshops, and open discussions, allowing leaders to exchange ideas, challenge each other's thinking, and collaboratively explore new strategies for their organisations.

They can also include visits to innovative businesses, plus unique activities and experiences such as sailing, motorsports, wellness retreats and fine dining.

Annual Celebration

Challenge and support each other to reflect on successes, learn from failures, and renew your ambition and energy.
The programme wraps up with an annual celebration that not only celebrates the achievements of the past year but also re-energises everyone for the year ahead. It’s a key moment to reflect, learn, and plan for the future in a supportive, dynamic setting.

The celebration also offers time for networking and informal conversations, helping participants strengthen the connections they've made over the year. Through social activities and relaxed discussions, everyone recommits to supporting each other, expanding their networks, and continuing their journey of growth together.
